A’isha said: Allah sent down in the Qur’an ten known sucklings but they were abrogated by five and it became five known sucklings and when God’s Messenger (s.a.w.a.) died this was the practice.
2940 - Narrated to us: Abd ibn Hameed Narrated to us: Abdullah ibn Moosa, from Israeel from Abi Ishaaq from Abdur Rahman ibn Yazeed, from Abdullah ibn Masood, he said, "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) recited to me: "Indeed Allah is the Provider, The Possessor of power, the Firm." : This hadees is Hasan Sahih
3793 - Narrated to us: Mahmood bin Ghailan Narrated to us: Abu Dawood, informed us Shobah from Aaseem, he said, I heard Zar ibn Hubaish narrating from Abi ibn Kaab the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) said to him: "Indeed, Allah ordered me to recite to you, so he recited in it: "Those who disbelieve from amongst the Book were not going to...'" (al-Bayyenah: 1) (And he) also recited in it, "Indeed, the religion with Allah is Al-Hanafiyyah, the Muslim, not Judaism, nor Christianity, whoever does good, it shall not be rejected from him." And he recited to him: "And if the son of Adam had a valley-full of wealth, he would seek a second, and if he had a second, he would seek a third, and nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except for dirt. And Allah pardons those who repent." Abu Isa said: this is a Sahih hadees.
And it has been narrated differently, narrated it, Abdullah ibn Abdur Rahman ibn Abza from his father from Abi ibn Kaab that the Prophet (s.a.w.a.) said: to Abi ibn Kaab: "Indeed, Allah ordered me to recite to you the Quran. and Qatadah narrates from Uns: that the Prophet (s.a.w.a.) said: "Indeed, Allah ordered me to recite to you the Quran.
