- Ya'qub ibn Ishaq ibn al-Hujjaj al-Naysaburi narrated to us, saying: Al-Husayn ibn Mansur narrated to us, saying: Yahya ibn Abi Bakir narrated to us, from Ja'far al-Ahmar, from Hilal al-Sayrafi, from Abu Kathir
from Abd Allah ibn Zurarah, who said: Abdullah ibn Umar narrated to us, saying: The Messenger (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: "On the night I was taken on the Israa, I saw a palace shining with light, and its brightness was like that of a star. Then it was revealed to me, or I was commanded regarding Ali, three things: that he is the leader of the Muslims, the Imam of the righteous, and the commander of those with luminous foreheads."
