339 - Abu Bahr Muhammad ibn al-Hasan narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Sulayman ibn al-Harith narrated to us, saying: Ubaydullah ibn Musa narrated to us, saying: al-'Ala ibn Salih narrated to us, from al-Minhawal ibn Amr from Ubadd ibn Abdullah al-Asdi, who said: I heard Ali say: "I am the servant of Allah and the brother of His Messenger," and "I am the greatest truthful one. No one will say it after me except a liar. I prayed before the people seven years."

3730 - Abu Bakr al-Talahi narrated to us, saying: Abu Husayn Muhammad ibn al-Husayn ibn Habib al-Wadai narrated to us, and Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn al-Hasan narrated to us, saying: Abdullah ibn Ahmad ibn Hanbal narrated to us, both saying: Ubadah ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Qays ibn al-Rubayyi narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Bakhtari from Hajar ibn Adi, who said: "I heard Sharahil ibn Murrah say: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) say to Ali (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), "Rejoice, O Ali! Your life and death will be with me."'"

5551 - Mu'khallid ibn Ja'far narrated to us, saying: Abu Sa'id al-Hasan ibn Ali al-Azmi narrated to us, saying: Suhayb ibn Muhammad ibn Ibad narrated to us, saying: Isma'il ibn Amr al-Kufi narrated to us, from Amr ibn Thabit from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abis, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: "The best of my brothers is Ali, and the best of my uncles is Hamzah" (may Allah be pleased with them). This was narrated by Ishaq ibn Ibrahim Shadhanan from the Kermanis ibn Amr, from Amr ibn Thabit ibn Abi Muqaddam, similar to it.
