Al-Hakim al-Hasakani - Shawahid al-Tanzil li-Qawaid al-Tafdil

- Ahmad ibn al-Muzhafir ibn Ahmad al-Ittar narrated to us, saying: Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Uthman al-Mazni al-Hafiz narrated to us, saying: Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn al-Husayn ibn Sa'id al-Muqri narrated to us, saying: al-Hasan ibn al-Sabbah al-Za'farani narrated to us, from Sufyan ibn 'Uyayna, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas, who said: I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) when Ali ibn Abi Talib approached, angry. The Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said to him: What has made you angry? He replied: Your cousins have wronged me.
Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) stood up, angry, and said: O people, whoever wrongs Ali has wronged me. Ali is the first of you in faith and the most faithful to the covenant of Allah. O people, whoever wrongs Ali will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment as a Jew or a Christian. - al-Hasan ibn Sufyan narrated to us, saying: Abu Bakr narrated to us, saying: Malik ibn Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Mas'ud ibn Sa'd narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from al-Fadl ibn Ma'qil, from Abdullah ibn Niyar al-Aslami,
from Amr ibn Shasis, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said to me: You have wronged me. I said, O Messenger of Allah, I do not wish to wrong you. He replied: Whoever wrongs Ali has wronged me. - My teacher Muhammad ibn Ahmad narrated to me, saying: Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Ali narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Khayyat narrated to us, saying: al-Sari ibn Khuzayma narrated to us, saying: Yahya narrated to us, saying: Marwan ibn Muawiya narrated to us, from Qanan ibn Abdullah, from Mus'ab ibn Sa'd,
from Sa'd, who said: I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) say: Whoever wrongs Ali has wronged me.
