Hadith No: 1
The accusation against Ibn Darām is: that he is a Rāfidī loyal to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, peace be upon them.

824 - Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn al-Sarri ibn Yahya ibn Abi Darām, the hadith scholar Abu Bakr al-Kufi, the Rāfidī, the liar.... Al-Hakim narrated from him and said: A Rāfidī, not trustworthy. Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Hammad al-Kufi, the hadith scholar, after dating his death, said: He was generally upright in his affairs for most of his life, but in his last days, he was often read to on the topics of criticism in his presence, and a man was reading to him: that Umar kicked Fatimah until she miscarried Muhsin.

3 - The Nazamiyya: The followers of Ibrahim ibn Yasar ibn Hani' al-Nizam, who had studied many philosophical texts and混合d their ideas with those of the Mu'tazilah, distinguishing himself from his companions in certain issues: .... - .... Ibrahim ibn Siyar ibn Hani' al-Basri, known as al-Nizam, with a dotted ظ, wasaknown as that by the Mu'tazilah because of his eloquent speech, both in verse and prose. Others said he was named this because he would arrange beads in the bazaar of Basra and sell them. This Ibrahim was the nephew of Abu al-Hudhail al-'Ullaaf, the elder of the Mu'tazilah, and he was very intelligent .... He said: "Umar struck Fatimah's abdomen on the day of the allegiance, causing her to miscarriage her child, al-Muhsin."

- .... And Fatimah saw what Umar had done, so she shouted and wailed, and many women from the Hashimites and others gathered with her. She went out to the door of her chamber and called out, "O Abu Bakr, how quick you are to aggress against the family of the Messenger of Allah! By Allah, I will not speak to Umar until I meet Allah."
