- From Hudhayfa, who said: I came to the Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) and prayed with him the Maghrib prayer. He continued praying until he prayed the Isha prayer, then he turned away. I followed him, and he heard my voice and said: "Who is this?" Hudhayfa replied: "Yes." He said: "This is an angel who has never descended to Earth before this night. He asked permission from his Lord to greet me and to bring me good news that Fatimah is the Lady of the Women of Paradise, and that Hasan and Husayn are the Masters of the Youths of Paradise." Ahmad and al-Tirmidhi recorded this, and al-Tirmidhi said it was حسن غريب (hasan strange). Abu Hatim also narrated a similar meaning.

- And from him, who said: We saw the face of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) rejoice with joy. He said: "What reason do I have not to be joyful, when Gabriel has come to me and given me good news that Hasan and Husayn are the Masters of the Youths of Paradise, and that their father is better than them?" Abu Ali ibn Shazdan recorded this, and from Ibn Umar, similar words, except that he said, "and their father is better than them."

- And from Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) say, "Hasan and Husayn are the Masters of the Youths of Paradise." Ibn al-Samman recorded this in al-Muwafaqah, and Umar said something similar, recorded by the author of Fada'il Umar.

- And from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, from the Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), that he said: "Hasan and Husayn are the Masters of the Youths of Paradise," except for the sons of the maternal relatives, Isa ibn Maryam and Yahya ibn Zakariya. Abu Hatim, al-Mukhlis al-Dhahabi, and others recorded this.
