131 - Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Abd al-Baqi narrated to us, saying: Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Isa al-Baqillani narrated to us during a session where I was present, saying: Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn al-Abbas narrated to us verbally, saying: Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Sulayman al-Wasiti narrated to us verbally in the year 305, saying: Al-Musayyib ibn Wadih narrated to us, saying: Ata ibn Muslim al-Khaffaf Abu Muhammad al-Halabi narrated to us, from Abu Amr al-Ashja'i, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman, who said: "I spent the night with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), and I saw a figure." The Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said to me: "Did you see?" I replied: "Yes."
He said: "Then an angel descended from heaven to me, and he did not descend to me except on this night, and he brought me the glad tidings that Hasan and Husayn are the masters of the youth of the inhabitants of Paradise." Ata ibn Muslim said: And they narrated to us that he (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said, "and their father is better than them."
132 - Abu al-Qasim al-Shahhami narrated to us, saying: Abu Sa'd al-Janzarudi narrated to us, saying: al-Hakim Abu Ahmad narrated to us, saying: Abu Ali al-Hasan ibn Ahmad al-Sukuni narrated to us in Homs, saying: Musayyib - meaning ibn Wadih - narrated to us, saying: Ata ibn Muslim al-Khaffaf narrated to us, saying: Abu Umar al-Ashja'i narrated to us, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from Qays ibn Abi Hazim, from Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman, who said: "I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), and I saw a figure with him." He said to me: "O Hudhayfa, do you see?" I replied: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah."
He said: "This is an angel who has not descended since I was sent. He came to me tonight and gave me the glad tidings that Hasan and Husayn are the masters of the youth of the inhabitants of Paradise." Ata said: And they narrated to us that he said, "and their father is better than them."
- Abu al-Aswad Abdullah ibn Amer, the freedman of Banu Hashim, narrated it from Asim, from Zur,
from Hudhayfa, summarizing what Imam Amir al-Mu'minin (peace be upon him) narrated in commending his two sons from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), saying: "Hasan and Husayn are the masters of the youth of the inhabitants of Paradise, and their father is better than them."134 - Abu al-Hasan ibn Qubays narrated to us, and Abu Mansur ibn Zuraq narrated to us, saying: Abu Bakr al-Khatib narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Rizq narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Samud ibn Ali ibn Muhammad narrated to us, saying: al-Husayn ibn Sa'id ibn al-Azhar al-Sulami narrated to me, from Qasim ibn Yahya ibn al-Hasan ibn Zayd ibn Ali, who said: Abu Hafs al-A'sha narrated to us, from Aban ibn Taghlib, from Abu Ja'far, from Ali ibn al-Husayn, from al-Husayn ibn Ali,
from Ali, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said, 'Hasan and Husayn are the masters of the youth of the inhabitants of Paradise, and their father is better than them.'"-
His (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) statement: "Hasan and Husayn are the masters of the youth of the inhabitants of Paradise, and their father is better than them," narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar, from Nafi,
from Abdullah ibn Umar, who said: "The Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: 'These two sons of mine are the masters of the youth of the inhabitants of Paradise, and their father is better than them.'"
