1662 - Sahil ibn Abi Sahil al-Wasiti said: Umar ibn Salih ibn Ziyad narrated to us, saying: Abdullah ibn Ja'far narrated to us, from Hashim ibn Hashim, from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Zum'ah, from Umm Salamah (peace be upon her), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) would not allow anyone to enter upon him when he was asleep, except for Hasan and Husayn (peace be upon them). She said: One day he slept in my house, and I sat at the door preventing anyone from entering. Then Husayn came running, and I let him go, so he went until he fell on his stomach. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) woke up startled, while he was crying, and he embraced him. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what makes you cry? You were asleep and seemed happy." He replied: "Gabriel (peace be upon him) came to me with this soil." She said: And the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) opened his palm, and there was red soil in it, and he informed me that my son would be killed in this soil. She said: So I asked, "What is this land?" He said: "This is Karbala." I said: "A land of grief and tribulation."
