1373 - Abdullah narrated to us, who said: My father narrated to me, from Abdurrahman ibn Mahdi, who said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ammar, who said: I heard Umm Salamah say: "I heard the jinn weeping over Husayn." And Umm Salamah also said: "I heard the jinn mourning over al-Husayn (r)."

- .... And from Ammar from Umm Salamah: I heard the jinn mourning over Al-Husayn ibn Ali. He said: Al-Zubair ibn Bakkar stated that Al-Husayn was killed on the Day of Ashura in the year sixty-one, and the majority said the same. However, there were some who said otherwise.

615 - Al-Husayn ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib al-Hashimi, Abu Abdullah al-Madani, was the grandson of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) and a joy to him in this world, one of the masters of the youths of Paradise.... Hamad also said: from Ammar, from Umm Salamah: I heard the jinn mourning for al-Husayn.
