37544 - Narrated from Wathila who said: I went to Fatimah to ask her about Ali, and she said: "Go to رسول الله (peace be upon him and his holy progeny)." So I went to him, and he was sitting, and رسول الله (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) came with Ali, Hasan, and Husayn, each of them holding something in their hands, until they entered. He then brought Ali and Fatimah close and seated them between him, and he seated Hasan and Husayn, each on his thigh. Then he wrapped his robe or said: his cloak around them and recited this verse: {Indeed, Allah only intends to remove the impurity from you, O People of the Prophet's House, and to purify you with a thorough purification} (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:33) Then he said: "O Allah, these are my Ahlul Bayt, and the people of my house have more right." I said: "O Messenger of Allah, am I not one of your family?" He replied: "You are one of my family." Wathila said: This is indeed one of the most hopeful things I hope for.
