- .... And Abu Bakr ibn Abi Khaythama narrated from Shaher ibn Hushab (may he be granted peace) who said: I went to Umm Salamah to offer my condolences for Hussein (may he be granted peace), and Umm Salamah (may she be pleased with her) told us that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) was in her house, and Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) made him some hot food and brought it to him. He said: "Go and call your cousin and your two sons." So she came to him with them, and they all ate together from that food. She said: Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) took the edge of a cloak made of Khaibarite cloth that was underneath, and he raised his head to the sky and said: "O Allah, these are my pure ones and my family. O Allah, remove from them all impurity and make them completely pure." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, am I not one of your family?" He replied, "You are indeed, but you are to goodness."
