6645 - Muhammad ibn Salih ibn Hani' narrated to me, saying: Yahya ibn Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to me (and Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq also narrated to us), saying: Yusuf ibn Ya'qub informed us, both saying: Abu al-Rabi' al-Zahrani narrated to us, saying: Jarir narrated to us, from al-Mughira, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir ibn Samurah (ra), who said: I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), and I heard him say: "The matter of this nation will continue to be evident
until twelve caliphs stand up." And he said a word that was unclear to me, and my father was sitting closer to him than I was, so I asked what he said.
He replied: "All of them are from Quraysh." Jabir ibn Samurah also narrated another hadith from his father.
