Text of the Hadith: This matter will continue to be esteemed until there are twelve leaders, all of them from Quraysh, and in another wording: This matter will continue to be esteemed and protected, and they will be supported against anyone who opposes them, until there are twelve leaders, all of them from Quraysh. It was narrated by Muslim, Ahmad, and his son. There is also another chain of narration with the wording: This matter will continue to progress until twelve princes arise, all of them from Quraysh. Ahmad narrated it, and its chain is authentic.

- .... Text of the Hadith: "There will be after me twelve leaders, all of them from Quraysh." It is authentic and has another chain of narration with the wording: "There will be twelve caliphs after me, all of them from Quraysh." Then he returned to his home, and Quraysh came to him and said, "What will happen next?" He replied, "Then there will be confusion (al-harj)." Its chain of narration is good (hasan).

Text of the Hadith: On the authority of Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) say: "This religion will remain standing until there are twelve leaders over you, all of whom will be united upon him." And I heard the Prophet's (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) words but did not understand them. I said to my father: What is he saying? He replied: "All of them are from Quraysh." Sahih - Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2337: And both al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated it without his statement, "all of whom will be united upon him." - Al-Sahihah 376. Text of the Hadith: Narrated from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) say: "This religion will remain strong until there are twelve leaders." He mentioned a light word afterwards, and I said to my father, "O father, what did he say?" He replied: "All of them will be from Quraysh." Sahih - Also narrated by Bukhari and Muslim.
