11587 - .... And al-Tirmidhi narrated from the hadith of Zayd ibn Arqam that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: "Ali, Fatimah, Hasan, and Husayn, peace be upon them, are my war against those who wage war upon them and my peace for those who seek peace with them."

2481 - Sabih, Mawla of Umm Salamah: Sabih, Mawla of Umm Salamah, was narrated to have said by Ibrahim ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Sabih, Mawla of Umm Salamah, from his grandfather, Sabih: "I was at the gate of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) when Ali, Fatimah, and Hasan and Husayn, peace be upon them, came and sat down at a distance. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) came out and said: 'Indeed, you are upon goodness, and he is wearing a Khaybar cloak,' and He covered them with it and said: 'I am at war with those who wage war against you, and at peace with those who are at peace with you.' This hadith is not narrated from Sabih except with this chain of narration, and al-Suddi narrated it from Sabih from Zayd ibn Arqam." Abu Musa narrated it. Sabih: with the letter Seen pronounced as 'u' and the letter Ba with a single diacritical mark opened.

3535 - Talid ibn Sulayman, Abu Idris al-Muharibi al-Kufi, narrated from Abu al-Juhaf Dawud ibn Abi Awf and Abd al-Malik ibn Umayr. Hisham ibn Abi Sasan, Ahmad ibn Hatim al-Tawil, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Ishaq ibn Musa al-Ansari, and others narrated from him. He was one of those who came to Baghdad and narrated there. Muhammad ibn al-Husayn al-Qattan narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Baqi ibn Qani' al-Qadi narrated to us, saying: Ahmad ibn Ali al-Khazzaz narrated to us, saying: Ahmad ibn Hatim al-Tawil narrated to us, saying: Talid ibn Sulayman narrated to us from Abu al-Juhaf from Abu Hazim from Abu Huraira, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) looked at Ali, Fatimah, and their sons, Hasan and Husayn, peace be upon them all, and said: 'I am at war with those who fight you and at peace with those who are at peace with you.'"

And from Abu Bakr al-Siddiq ibn Abi Quhafah, he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) leaning on an Arab bow in a tent, and inside the tent were Ali, Fatimah, Hasan, and Husayn, peace be upon them all. He said: O group of Muslims, I am one who is at peace with those in the tent and at war with whoever wars against them, and an ally to whoever is an ally to them. And by Allah, none loves them except one who is blessed with a good fate and a pure birth, and none despises them except one who is doomed with a miserable fate and a corrupt birth.

665 - Abu Bakr al-Harithy narrated to us, saying: Abu al-Sheikh narrated to us, saying: Isa ibn Muhammad al-Wasqandi narrated to us, saying: al-Fadl ibn Yusuf al-Qasbani al-Kufi narrated to us, saying: Ibrahim ibn Habib al-Rummani narrated to us, saying: Abdullah ibn Muslim al-Malawi narrated to us, from Abu al-Jahhaf, from Atiyya from Abu Sa'id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) came to the door of Ali (peace be upon him) for forty mornings after he married Fatimah (peace be upon her and the holy progeny) and said: "Peace be upon you, O People of the House, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Prayer be upon you; may Allah have mercy on you": {Indeed, Allah only wishes to remove the impurity from you, O People of the House, and to purify you with a thorough purification} (Surah al-Ahzab 33:33). I am at war with those who wage war on you and at peace with those who are at peace with you." This was narrated by a group from Ibrahim Abu al-Mundhir.
