3328 - Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ahmad al-Mahbubi narrated to us, saying: Al-Fadl ibn Abd al-Jabbar narrated to us, saying: Al-Nadr ibn Shamail narrated to us, who said: Shu'bah narrated to me, from Sulayman al-Shaybani, from al-Sha'bi from al-Muharrir ibn Abi Hurayrah, from his father, who said: I was in the group that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) sent with Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) to Bara'ah in Mecca. Then his son or another man said to him: What were you proclaiming? He said: We were saying, "No one will enter Paradise except a believer, no polytheist will perform pilgrimage after this year, and no one will circumambulate the House naked." And whoever had an agreement with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), his term was four months." And I called out until my voice became hoarse." This is a hadith with a sound chain of narration, and they did not include it in their collections.

It was said, "What were you proclaiming?" He said, "We were proclaiming that no one will enter Paradise except a believing soul, and no one may circumambulate the House naked. And whoever has a treaty with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), let him fulfill it, and the duration of his treaty is four months.
