Where is the verse of breastfeeding in the Quran, O Ayesha?!

Hadith No: 1

'A'isha reported that it had been revealed in the Holy Qur'an that ten clear sucklings make the marriage unlawful, then it was abrogated (and substituted) by five sucklings and Allah's Apostle (s.a.w.a.) died and it was before that time (found) in the Holy Qur'an (and recited by the Muslims).

- .... His statement: (And what is prohibited from a little or a lot of nursing): Others held that what is prohibited is anything beyond one nursing session.‏
- .... Then they differed, and it is narrated from Aisha that ten nursing sessions were required, as reported by Malik in the Muwatta.‏
- .... And from Hafsa similarly, and it is also reported from Aisha that seven nursing sessions were sufficient, narrated by Ibn Abi Khaythama with a sound chain from Abdullah ibn al-Zubair from her, and Abd al-Razzaq through the route of Urwa, that Aisha would say no less than seven or five nursing sessions would cause prohibition.
- .... It is also reported from Aisha that five nursing sessions were sufficient, and in Muslim it is mentioned that she said, "What was revealed from the Quran included ten clearly defined nursing sessions, which were then abrogated by five clearly defined nursing sessions, and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) died while they were still part of the recitation." And in Abd al-Razzaq with a sound chain from her, it is stated: She said, "No less than five clearly defined nursing sessions would cause prohibition," and al-Shafi'i adhered to this, as did a narration from Ahmad.

- .... Chapter: Nursing with fewer than five sessions does not establish a prohibition, and Abu Thawr said: Prohibition is established with three sessions, as Um al-Fadl (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: "Nursing does not make prohibited except in the case of a clasp or two clasps," which indicates that three sessions can establish prohibition. The evidence that fewer than five sessions do not establish prohibition is what Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated, who said: "Among what was revealed of the Qur'an was the absoluteness of ten clearly established nursing sessions that prohibited (marriages), then this was abrogated by five clearly established sessions." The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) died, and these five were among what could be recited in the Qur'an."

Aishah said: "What was reavealed in the Qur'an was ten well-known sucklings, five were abrogated from that, so it became five well-knwon sucklings. Then the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) died and the matter remained like that..."

It was narrated that 'Aishah said:

"One of the things that Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, revealed" -(one of the narrators) Al-Harith said (in his narration): "One of the things that were revealed in the Qur'an"- "was that ten known breast-feedings make marriage prohibited, then that was abrogated and changed to five known breast-feedings. Then the Messenger of Allah passed away when this was something that was still being recited in the Qur'an."

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Hazm from Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman that A'isha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Amongst what was sent down of the Qur'an was 'ten known sucklings make haram' - then it was abrogated by 'five known sucklings'. When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, died, it was what is now recited of the Qur'an."

Yahya said that Malik said, "One does not act on this."

2959 - And from Aisha: she said, "Among the verses revealed from the Quran were ten clearly specified breastfeedings that established prohibition, then they were abrogated by five clearly specified breastfeedings. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) died and they were among what was being recited from the Quran." This was narrated by Muslim, Abu Dawood, and an-Nasa'i.
- And in another wording, she said, while mentioning what establishes prohibition through nursing, "Ten clearly specified breastfeedings were revealed in the Quran, then five clearly specified breastfeedings were also revealed." This was narrated by Muslim.
- And in another wording, she said, "In the Quran, ten clearly specified breastfeedings were revealed, and five breastfeedings were later abrogated to five clearly specified breastfeedings. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) died based on that." This was narrated by at-Tirmidhi.
- And in another wording: "Among the revelations of Allah, the Exalted, in the Quran, then abrogated, was that prohibition is established only by ten breastfeedings or five clearly specified ones." This was narrated by Ibn Majah.

This was later abrogated by five clearly established sucklings that would make marriage prohibited, and this was something that was recited after the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny), and there was no abrogation after that. Our proof is His, the Exalted, statement: {And your mothers are those who suckled you} (Surah An-Nisa 4:23). This establishes the prohibition through the act of suckling, so stipulating a specific number would be an addition to the text, and such an addition cannot be established by the report of a single narrator.
