Allah will not fill Muawiyah's belly

Hadith No: 1

Ibn Abbas reported:

I was playing with children that Allah's Messenger (s.a.w.a.) happened to pass by (us). I hid myself behind the door. He (the Prophet) came and patted my shoulders and said: Go and call Mu'awiya. I returned and said: He is busy in taking food. He again asked me to go and call Mu'awiya to him. I went (and came back) and said that he was busy in taking food, whereupon he said: May Allah not fill his belly! Ibn Muthanna, said: I asked Umm Umayya what he meant by the word Hatani. He said: It means "he patted my shoulders."

2869 - Yunus narrated to us, who said: Abu Dawood narrated to us, who said: Hisham and Abu Awanah narrated to us from Abu Hamza al-Qassab from Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) sent to Muawiyah to write for him, and he said: "He is eating." Then he sent to him again, and he said: "He is eating." So the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: "May Allah not satisfy his stomach." Abdullah ibn Ja'far ibn Faris, the narrator, of what Yunus ibn Habib reported, meant, and Allah knows best, that 'May Allah not satisfy his stomach' in this world until he is no longer one who experiences hunger on the Day of Resurrection, because the report from the Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) stated that he said: "The people who are longest satisfied in this world will be those who are hungriest on the Day of Resurrection."

- .... The Messenger of Allah ( Peace be upon him and his holy progeny) sought out Mu'awiya to write in front of him, but he drew back and excused himself because of his food. The Prophet (Peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: "May Allah not fill his belly." He then remained unfulfilled and would say, "By Allah, I do not leave food out of fullness, but rather I leave it out of exhaustion."
