Was Mua'wiyah writer of revelation?!

- .... And al-Mufaddal al-Ghalabi narrated from Abu al-Hasan al-Kufi, who said: Zayd ibn Thabit was a scribe of revelation, and Muawiya was a scribe between the Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) and the Arabs.
