[The text is very lengthy, so only the relevant excerpt is provided here]
- .... Abu Ali al-Ahwazi said, and Umar ibn Dawud ibn Salmun narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Rifai narrated to us, saying: Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Mansur al-Naysaburi narrated to us, saying: Husayn ibn Ghalib narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Lahiyah, from Yunus ibn Yazid, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Yahya ibn Ibadah
from Asma who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) said: "I saw my Lord, Mighty and Majestic be He, on a red camel, dressed in a waistcloth, saying: 'I have become generous, I have forgiven, except for injustices (maẓālim). When it is the night of Muzdalifah, He will not ascend to the lowest heaven, and the people will return to Meena.'"- .... And in another wording:
"He will descend to the lowest heaven, then the doors of heaven and earth will be opened, and [He will sit] with the angels." This is a narration in which no one can doubt that it is fabricated and impossible, and its impossibility does not require an examination of its narrators, for even if it were narrated by trustworthy ones, it would be rejected, and the Messenger is above being reported to say anything about Allah, Mighty and Majestic be He, that is impossible for Him. Moreover, most of its narrators are unknown, and there are weak ones among them. Muhammad ibn Nasir informed us that Yahya Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Mundah said: "The narration of the camel is false, fabricated upon the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny)."
