35516 - Musnad Zayd ibn al-Khattab:
Narrated from Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd ibn al-Khattab, from his father, who said: We went out with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) on the day of the conquest of Mecca towards the graves. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) sat by a grave, and we saw him as if he were in intimate conversation with it. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) stood up, wiping the tears from his eyes, and Umar met him, being the first of us to do so, and said: "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you. What is it that makes you weep?" He replied: "I sought my Lord's permission to visit my mother's grave, and she was a mother to me and has a right upon me to be forgiven, but He forbade me."
