May Allah curse the one who fights and strikes

Hadith No: 1

- Abu Zakariya and Abu Bakr both told us, saying: Abu al-Abbas narrated to us, informing us that al-Rabi' narrated to him, that al-Shafi'i narrated to him, that Ibn Uyayna narrated to him from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: I said to Abu Ja'far Muhammad ibn Ali: What was in the scroll that was in the possession of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny)? He said: It contained, "May Allah curse the killer who is not killed and the striker who is not struck," and "Whoever takes a position other than that of his benefactor has disbelieved in what Allah revealed to Muhammad (peace be upon him and his holy progeny)."

- Ibn Uyaynah narrated to us from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: I said to Abu Ja'far Muhammad ibn Ali, "What was in the authentic narration that was in the scabbard of the sword of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his holy progeny)?" He said: It contained: 'May Allah curse the killer who kills not his own killer, and the striker who strikes not his own striker.' And whoever takes a guardian other than his guardian of blessings has disbelieved in what Allah has revealed to Muhammad (peace be upon him and his holy progeny)."

He said: It contained: "May Allah curse the killer and those who are not killed, the one who strikes and those who do not strike." And whoever takes on a responsibility other than that of his benefactor has disbelieved in what Allah revealed to Muhammad (peace be upon him and his holy progeny).

15660 - And with this chain of narration: He informed us, al-Shafi'i informed us, Ibn Uyayna from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: I said to Abu Ja'far ibn Ali: What was in the scroll that was in the possession of the Messenger of God (peace be upon him and his holy progeny)? He said: It contained: "May Allah curse the killer who does not avenge his victim and the attacker who does not defend his assailant," and "Whoever takes on a role other than that of his benefactor has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad."
